Premium Finance companies applying for a license
must submit the following:

Application

$35,000 surety bond written by an insurance company licensed in Alabama

Premium Finance Agreement
-
Delinquent Notice
-
Cancellation Notice
-
Rate Chart
-
$200.00 license fee made payable to the Commissioner of Insurance

Premium Finance companies must renew their
licenses each October 1. The following must be submitted:

$200.00 license fee made payable to the Commissioner of Insurance

Proposed changes to rates or forms which have not already been submitted for
approval may be submitted with the renewal application
