Alabama Insurance Regulation, Chapter 482-1-135, entitled Alternative Procedures for Resolution of Disputed Personal Lines Insurance Claims Arising from Hurricane, Tropical Storm, Tornados, and Other Disasters Damage, became effective December 31, 2005.
