Service Contract Providers
According to the terms of Chapter 32 of the Code of Alabama, persons selling service
contracts on or after January 1, 1998 must be registered with the Commissioner of
Insurance.
**Note: There is a registration fee of $200 and a contract
review and approval fee of $40/contract. The registration fee of $200 is required
on an annual basis (see Renewal Procedures and Forms below).
