Two Marengo County men are in the county jail without bond after being charged with capital murder in the death of a Dixon Mills man, State Fire Marshal Ed Paulk said.

The body of Bobby Darrin Hayes, 44, was discovered Thursday in a burned out 1993 Ford Explorer. After an investigation by the State Fire Marshals Office, the Marengo County Sheriff's Department, the Alabama Department of PUblic Safety and the state Department of Forensic Sciences, it was determined that the fire deliberately set, and Hayes died prior to the fire.

Charged with capital murder are Quinton Quintia Hayes, 27, and Tony Terrell Bouler, 39.
