A public hearing on the proposed revision of Workers Compensation rates and rules as filed and requested by National Council on Compensation Insurance, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 20, 2006, at the Alabama Insurance Department, Conference Room, 17th Floor, RSA Tower, 201 Monroe Street, Montgomery, Alabama.
Any persons so desiring may submit a written statement in favor or against the proposed change in rates and may, in addition, make an oral statement at the hearing.
Failure of a company representative to be present at this hearing may result in denial of the requested rate and/or rule change.
