A public hearing on the proposed revision of rates and rules for homeowners, condominium, renters, landlords package, and mobile home insurance as filed and requested by Allstate Indemnity Company, Allstate Insurance Company, Encompass Insurance Company of America, and Encompass Indemnity Company, will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, January 5, 2007, at the Mobile Civic Center, Room No. 7,  401 Civic Center Drive, Mobile, Alabama  36602.   

Any persons so desiring may submit a written statement in favor of or against the proposed change in rates and may, in addition, make an oral statement at the hearing. 

Failure of a company representative to be present at this hearing may result in a denial of the company’s request for a rate and/or rule change.
