Russellville resident Gladys Harris died Thursday night from injuries received earlier in the day.
Mrs. Harris was admitted to the University of Alabama at Birmingham Burn Center Thursday for treatment of burns received when her clothing caught fire around 6:35 that morning. Mrs. Harris, who lived in a duplex apartment at 514 NE Lauderdale Street in Russellville, was standing too close to a heater at her home when her clothing caught fire.
