Randy Wayne White, age 55, of 85815 Highway 9 North was arrested Sunday for Arson Second Degree and Assault Third Degree.
White was arrested following a 1:15 AM fire at the one story residence he and his wife occupied. No injuries occurred during the fire.
Ashland and Lineville Fire and Police Departments responded to the fire and were involved with the investigation along with the Alabama State Fire Marshals Office. White was being held in the Clay County Jail under a $103,000 bond.
