REVISIONS TO THIS NEWS RELEASE AND RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS WILL BE POSTED BELOW.

  • Question: Our firm responded to the May 2008 RFP for Insurer Examination services. Our response included both financial condition and market conduct examination services. Do we need to respond to this RFP or are we covered under our submittal on May 31, 2008?

Answer: We would prefer that all who wish to be considered for Insurer Market Conduct Examination services submit a separate proposal specifically responding to this RFP and citing the required qualifications set forth therein.
