CMS has issued additional guidance on the implementation of Section 6001 of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (the FFCRA) and Section 3201 of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (the CARES Act), which require coverage of COVID-19 testing.
